The Zooies are a family. Corny but true. Some have been here since day one. The low rate of staff turnover speaks volumes about the Zoo. We go on excursions together (Stradbroke Island Headlands Chalet for the Birthday Party every December), bowling alleys, New Farm Park for Zoo Olympics (sack , wheelbarrow, 3-legged races, etc) and lots of other silly stuff.

Most Zooies use their job at the Zoo to help supplement their real jobs. Y'know, career stuff like photography, music, sound, computers, art, etc etc etc. A Zoo web site would not be complete without the staff that make it the great place that it is.
